At RoboX Store, we ensure quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the policy below:


📦 Damaged / Defective Products

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

- Share the video on WhatsApp at 9897630623 within 24 hours of delivery.

- After verification, your return request will be approved.

- Once the product is checked and confirmed, your refund will be processed.


⚠️ Important Conditions

- The unboxing video is mandatory for any return/refund request.

- The product must be in original condition with packaging.


❌ No Return / Replacement Cases

- Orders placed by mistake will not be eligible for return or replacement.

- Return & refund is applicable only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.


💳 Refund Process

- Refund will be initiated after proper inspection.

- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
